Here at Refresh PSC we pride ourselves on the quality of our work. We use only the best materials on the market which have been thoroughly tested and proven to work. We implement them professionally to ensure that once we carry out works for you the problem is solved and stays solved.

We are the first to blow our own trumpets about how good we are but at the end of the day we are only human and if, on the slim chance that something does go wrong, and it is a slim chance, we offer guarantees that we stand by, correcting our original works at no cost to yourself.   Along with a personal verbal apology, we will offer you a bottle of vintage wine or pack of beers as our way of saying sorry. This is our way of showing our commitment to getting it right and getting it right the first time!

Dependant on the type of works carried out, we offer guarantees ranging between 10 and 30 years,  issued  on the property and not the homeowner unlike some companies out there that charge for change in property ownership. If this isn’t enough for you and you want that little bit extra peace of mind, we are approved contractors of CGS Ltd who for a small extra fee will issue an insurance underwritten guarantee for any work Refresh PSC carry out for you.
